This mattress is absolute garbage and the warranty is a scam! The mattress becomes mush very quickly and the test is to measure a dip in the upholstery top of the mattress. Because the upholstery is elasticized, it will remain fairly tight across the mattress but the core of the mattress is mush. While the top dips 3/4", put ANY pressure on the mattress by sitting, laying or even with your hand and you will sink 6"+.
Big mistake thinking $1,600 would buy us a quality product and buying from the big name in retail would provide quality warranty support. We were wrong on both counts!!!
